The process

01

01 Start your application

You start your journey by registering your application and CV in our portal.

02 Digital aptitude test

Your assessment begins with an with introductory online testing to get an overview of your logical ability and potential.

03 Screening interview

If the previous steps prove that you have what it takes to be successful within Academy, we will book a screening interview to learn more about you and your interest in the program.

04 In-depth interview

As the next step, we'll book an in-depth interview to dive deeper into your abilities. Your personality traits, amibition, and motivation are examples of topics we'll discuss.

05 Reference check

To get an even deeper sense of you as a person we will then contact two references, which you provide us with during the in-person interview.

06 Client interview

If you are applying to a programme where we already have clients looking for candidates, the last step will be an interview with the client in question.

07 Congratulations!

After passing all the process steps you are ready for your new career and will get to sign your Academy contract right away.
