Academic Work can manage your entire staffing process, with full access to our vast network. Our approach with evidence-based staffing and recruitment ensures qualitative results for both employers and job seekers. Employer responsibilities on us

The consultant is employed by us, and Academic Work will be the direct supervisor. We manage everything from payroll to performance reviews, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience for you. Our consultants enjoy a collective agreement, including fair terms for holiday, sick leave, pension, and more. We also work proactively to make sure they’re always on assignments that offer growth and development in their field.

Pay only for what you get

You are billed monthly for the actual hours worked by the consultant—nothing more. There are no hidden costs for sick leave or holidays, so you can focus on what matters most: your business.

Our work starts with understanding your needs. Really understanding. We begin with a thorough work and needs analysis to pinpoint the key tasks, skills, abilities, and behaviours required for the role. By defining these upfront, we ensure we're on the same page.

Attract

This involves crafting job ads, engaging relevant target groups, and using targeted search strategies to reach both wide and relevant. We make sure that the job description reflects the work environment and expectations, giving candidates a clear sense of what the role involves.

Assess

We use a variety of proven tools to assess candidates. This includes psychometric testing, profile screening, structured interviews, and knowledge evaluation. Our aim is to not just assess skills, but also potential, ensuring we get a full picture. The goal is consistency and objectivity in the selection process, ensuring no one is judged based on bias or assumptions (or just CV:s)

Verify

To make sure we have found your perfect fit, clients are encouraged to verify the assessments through further interviews and checks. This step gives extra confidence that the candidate not only meets the expectations but will thrive in the role. Top candidates are presented to the client, with a rounded picture of each and how they might fit within your team.

Hire

We get the contract signed. This smooth transition from recruitment to employment ensures the new hire feels supported from day one, helping them settle in quickly and start contributing.

Follow up

Academic Work will follow up the recruitment making sure it was successful.
