About the role

In this role, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, combining financial controlling with office coordination and administrative support. You will work closely with teams in Sweden and Finland, supporting financial processes while ensuring smooth daily office operations. Work tasks

  • Analyze financial data and prepare monthly reports for various entities in Sweden and in Finland
  • Process accounting figures and create financial presentations
  • Manage financial data in Power BI to ensure accurate reporting
  • Manage daily office operations, including invoicing processes, supply management, and general administrative support
  • Organize meetings and occasionally arrange travel
  • Support senior management with documents, approvals, and administrative tasks

We are looking for

  • A university degree in economics, finance, accounting, engineering, energy, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Fluency in Swedish and English spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have

  • Knowledge of Finnish
