The IT team provides technical support that is fundamental to the organization's operations and strategic initiatives. We are looking for an IT Technician to join their team, supporting both HQ and regional offices. This role involves managing Microsoft 365 services, ensuring robust security measures, and enhancing user experience across their digital landscape.

Work tasks

• Manage and administer Office 365 tenants, including user provisioning, license management, and access controls.
• Help with technical support during meetings.
• Support IT project management initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with change management processes.
• Provide technical expertise on Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory, OneDrive, Multi-factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On for business applications.
• Implement security projects and operational measures within the cloud and Windows environment.
• Conduct regular security assessments, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Create and maintain documentation relating to ICT services and procedures.

We are looking for

• A few years experience in a similar role, supporting desktop software and managing a Windows-network environment
• A relevant education within the IT field, either from a high school diploma or a university degree.
• Experience in the administration and configuration for Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Azure.
• Excellent communications skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Arabic, French, or Spanish is an asset.

It is considered a merit if you have experience with SharePoint or hold Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Administrator or AZ-500.
