About the role

As a Sales Manager, you will independently manage your sales activities, working systematically to achieve your goals in alignment with Taiga’s principles. Your focus will be on offering clients high-quality, Nordic nature-inspired soundproof solutions for multiple environments and intentions/purposes. You will have significant responsibility for building customer relationships in your target market, managing the entire sales process—from initial contact to closing deals—using solution-oriented sales techniques to deliver effective workspace solutions. Taiga’s clientele consists of sales partners, interior architects and designers (A&D), as well as end customers, reflecting a broad and diverse network of collaborators and stakeholders.

The job location can also be in Stockholm, but in this case, we expect availability to travel to Helsinki for at least three days every month. Additionally, the onboarding week will take place in Helsinki.

Work tasks

  • Reaching out to potential customers and managing relationships
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client partnerships
  • Ensuring sales targets and profitable growth are achieved in line with Taiga Concept’s sales strategy
  • Expanding brand awareness while developing Taiga’s presence and strategy in the Swedish and Danish markets

We are looking for

  • Previous sales experience in the B2B sector, specifically in the Swedish and Danish markets
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Swedish; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
  • Someone excited to work as part of our dynamic and collaborative team!
  • Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 8 days per month)
