About the role

As the Product Owner D2C Fulfilment, you will be responsible for advancing our commercial fulfillment capabilities across Europe and APAC. You will be a key member of the Direct Consumer Interaction (CDI) Experience organization, collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Your role will focus on executing delivery plans for consumer orders, promises, and logistics flows.

The fulfillment area encompasses warehouse processes and consumer return flows, aiming to optimize operations and ensure an exceptional consumer experience. Our mission is to launch consumer-centric experiences that drive commercial growth in our D2C channel. You will report to the Product Manager D2C Fulfilment.

Work tasks

  • Collaborate with the engineering team in scrum planning and agile ceremonies.
  • Align ongoing work, timelines, priorities, and desired outcomes with business stakeholders.
  • Manage plans and progress of initiatives, communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Define, plan, and prioritize epics to drive the development agenda.

We are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a digital product owner.
  • Solid experience in modern product management practices such as Scrum, product road mapping, product discovery, and OKRs.
  • Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle, D2C fulfillment practices, and high-level software architectures.
  • Exceptional communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate business targets into actionable digital product solutions.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on consumer experience and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English

Meritorious:

  • Experience with SAP (Commerce Cloud, ECC, SAP CP) and Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) is a plus.

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.

To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:

Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with various departments and levels within the company. This includes explaining technical details to non-technical team members and understanding and translating business goals into concrete product solutions.

Prioritization Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and projects is crucial. You need to balance the needs of different stakeholders and ensure that the most important goals are achieved first, while keeping track of timelines and resources.

Data-Driven and Customer-Focused: A strong understanding of data and customer behavior is important. You should be able to use data to make informed decisions and always keep the customer's perspective in mind to improve their experience and drive continuous improvement.
