On behalf of our client Grant Thornton, Academic Work is currently searching for an Advisor and Manager for the Indirect Taxes Department. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in VAT, and also preferably with knowledge of customs duties and charges. You will be part of a team of six ambitious and competent employees, working closely with the department's manager and playing a significant role in the further development of both the team and the business. In this role, you will take on some leadership responsibilities, including distributing and reviewing team assignments, leading the Tax Due Diligence process, and managing your own cases. This position offers an opportunity to use your experience, drive, focus, and energy to develop both yourself and your colleagues. It is important that you enjoy taking responsibility, are self-driven, and take pride in teaching and mentoring others.
